VHS is looking for a qualified Physician - Family Medicine.

• State : WI
• Start Date : Pending Privileges
• End Date : TBD
• Description : Aspirus Langlade is looking for a long-term primary care locum Family Medicine physician. OB management / skills (C sect not required but will accept) is preferred candidate, but open to primary care Family Medicine without OB management.
• Typical hours of primary care : Clinic hours can be M-F- 8am-5pm (or as agreed upon)
• Cover w / 1 weekend on-call per month preferred. (F, Sa, Su) 7a-7a each day
• May include 1 day of weekday call depending on rotation w / potential Ped or Newborn rounding or Admission
• Intermittent call coverage and potential admissions (w / rounding) for primary care / peds / newborns approx. 1 day per week 7a-7a.
• Minimal peds admissions
• Occasional Newborn rounding required. Candidate must be NRP certified (please note on presentation)
• This rotation will be coordinated with the 3 FP physicians currently on staff.
• Open to discuss availability and flexible scheduling options
• Very supportive team atmosphereACT 10 Acceptable.
• 1099 Pay Rate : Competitive Market Rates (W-2 Pay Packages available upon request)
• Certification Requirements : Please confirm credential requirements with VHS upon application.
