Guaranteed Hours : 48 hours / week
Experience : 2+ years' experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / LTC as an RN
License : Active MI License
Certifications : BLS (American Heart Association)
Must-Have :
- Confirmed authorization to schedule fingerprints
- Active MI iCHAT account
- Personal or rental vehicle (no public transportation available)
- Work history for the past 3-5 years
- Skills checklist within the past year
- Supervisory references, if applicable (required during onboarding)
- COVID vaccination card
Job Description :
- Responsible for comprehensive nursing care in a long-term care facility.
- Manage and document patient care and treatment plans effectively.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Observe and record patient behavior and response to treatment.
- Provide patient and family education and support.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
- Participate in orientation and training sessions as required.
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
This position does not include on-call responsibilities and provides a minimum of one weekend off. Travel experience is desired but not mandatory.
