Key Responsibilities :
ClientInteraction :
- Communicatewith potential clients via phone email or other designatedcommunication channels.
- Understandclient needs and provide information about the products or servicesoffered.
Quoting :
- Prepare and provide accurate quotes to clients based ontheir requirements and our pricingguidelines.
- Assist clients inunderstanding the details of the quotes answering questions andaddressing concerns.
Vendor Communication :
- Establish and maintain effective communicationwith direct vendors or suppliers.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery andavailability of products or services.
Training :
- Participate in training sessions to develop productknowledge sales techniques and customer serviceskills.
- Stay updated on industrytrends and changes toproducts / services.
Documentation :
Maintain accurate records of client interactions quotesand sales activities.
Customer Service :
Provide excellent customer service byaddressing client inquiries resolving issues and ensuring overallsatisfaction.
