Growing frim is in need of New York Labor Law Attorneys 200, 240, 241
Hybrid schedule. Large developer / construction clients. Many are self insured.
Preferred :
- Familiarity with New York Labor Law Sections 200, 240(1), and 241(6).
- Experience with construction accident claims or workplace injury litigation.
Will consider :
General litigation experience / insurance defense
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in handling New York Labor Law cases, focusing on Sections 200, 240(1), and 241(6).
- All phases of litigation, including discovery, legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Attend court appearances, depositions, and client meetings.
- Conduct legal research and analyze case law to provide strategic recommendations.
- Review case files and prepare detailed reports for senior attorneys and clients.
- Assist with settlement negotiations and mediations as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in New York Labor Law and related regulations
