Job Duties and Details :
- Conductassessments to identify speech and language disorders, evaluating students' strengths and areas for growth.
- Developpersonalized therapy plans (IEPs) tailored to students'needs, targeting speech, language, and communication goals.
- Utilize VocoVision's teletherapyplatform to engage students in interactivetherapy sessions.
- Monitor and document student progress and growth, providing feedback to students, parents, and school staff to ensure effective therapy outcomes.
- Collaboratewith parents, teachers, and other professionals to support a collaborative approach to student success.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and other required administrative records.
Required Qualifications :
- ASHA CCC-SLP
- Current state licensure in New York as an SLP(or ability to obtain appropriate licensure).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an SLPwith experience in a school setting, or successfully complete interview with our clinical team.
- Proficiency in using technology and online therapy platforms to deliver virtual services.
- Verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and school staff.
