Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute account management strategies to drive product adoption and customer retention
Lead and mentor a team of Sales Managers and Account Managers, establishing KPIs and tracking performance
Act as an escalation point for strategic accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
10+ years in account management or sales, with 3+ years in a senior leadership role
Proven track record of managing teams and achieving revenue growth in a fast-paced environment
Experience with managing team metrics, including quota and KPI attainment
Familiarity with Salesforce and customer engagement tools
Strong people management and development skills
