As a Security Professional - CRE Unarmed Patrol in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. You will be expected to communicate clearly and professionally, responding to situations with agility and reliability. This position requires driving as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. Pay Rate : $18.00 / Hour

Mon 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Tue 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Fri 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Sat 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

Sun 03 : 00 PM - 11 : 00 PM

What You'll Do :

  • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the commercial real estate location
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site instructions
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns
  • Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel
  • Assist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and verifying credentials as required
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and patrols as directed by site procedures
  • Collaborate with property management and / or law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergencies

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required for positions involving driving responsibilities
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
