As a Security Professional - CRE Unarmed Patrol in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in maintaining a secure environment at a commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular patrols throughout the property, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and providing outstanding customer service to everyone you encounter. You will be expected to communicate clearly and professionally, responding to situations with agility and reliability. This position requires driving as part of your patrol duties, so a valid driver's license is necessary. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the commercial real estate locationRespond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal protocols and site instructionsConduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concernsObserve and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or maintenance issues to the appropriate personnelAssist with access control by monitoring entrances, exits, and verifying credentials as requiredMaintain detailed and accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and patrols as directed by site proceduresCollaborate with property management and / or law enforcement as needed during incidents or emergenciesWhat We're Looking For :
