About this role
This position supervises a team of support and / or production level or hourly / direct employees in Manufacturing Operations.
Sets day-to-day activities and assists in managing and monitoring production operations, maintenance, plant engineering, scheduling and personnel.
Key Responsibilities :
- Directing appropriate analytical tools for tasks.
- Managing and supervising warehouse staff.
- Issuing materials.
- Assisting in the management of physical inventory programs / audits.
- Supervising inventory stocking programs (customer, internal, offsite).
Required Qualifications :
- High School Diploma / GED
- 3+ years of experience in a warehouse environment
- 3+ years of experience as a lead or a supervisor
Preferred Qualifications :
- University Degree or equivalent experience and specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices
- Understands basic management approaches such as work scheduling, prioritizing, coaching, and process execution
