Job Description :
- Work as part of a dedicated team in a 16-bed NICU on the 3rd floor of the West Wing
- Collaborate with a staff of 35, maintaining a patient ratio of 1 : 2
- Perform essential procedures such as intubation, umbilical line placement, PICC placement, lumbar punctures, and taking X-rays
- Use CPN & Meditech EMR systems effectively
- Exhibit a family-centered, caring, and flexible personality
- Float to labor & delivery or post-partum as needed, working as a baby nurse
- Adhere to the dress code with purple scrubs
- Work full-time with an expectation of 5 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule, with no mandatory on-call shifts
