Position Shipping Associates

Job Location Germantown, WI

Starting Date Immediate

Employment Type Full-Time

Work Hours (Shift) 1st Shift

Starting Pay $23-$23.50 / Hour

Benefits Medical, Vision, Dental, 401(K), Paid Vacation, Paid Holidays

Required Education 2+ years previous shipping and forklift experience is required.

Responsibilities

  • Drive forklift and maintain necessary certification.
  • Ensure completion of all shipping documents including : bill of ladings, packing slips and shipping labels. Export documents, processing of shipments through ERP system and other related processes.
  • Determine the most economical modes of transportation such as LTL, volume LTL, truckload, partial truckload; maximize shipping efficiency through consolidation of shipments.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years shipping and forklift experience is required.
  • Ability to use basic computer software such as spreadsheets, databases, word processing applications, email, internet, etc.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
