About the Company :
Our client is a leader in design and manufacturing of liquid level gauges and sensors. They are looking for an Inside Sales Engineer to work remotely.
If the candidate lives in Minnesota, this is a plus.
About the Role :
- Become familiar with product offerings and technical details.
- Through telephone, email, social media contact potential customers to qualify them using cold calling and other sales techniques.
- Must be able to work well with others as well as meet with clients to complete customer-centered projects.
- Build strong relationships with current / potential customers and demonstrate why our company / products are their best choice for their liquid level sensor requirements.
- Closing sales and providing technical support for customers.
- Consult with subject matter experts to analyze products and customer requirements.
Qualifications :
- 2-5 years of inside sales and customer or technical service experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or related field.
- Ability to effectively build relationships with customers using all forms of communication.
- Willingness to call equipment manufactures to determine if they purchase liquid level sensors.
- Solid oral and written business communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), 3D Modeling, MS Dynamics AX 2012, Salesforce CRM.
- Experience with applicable agency standards (UL, CE, CRN, ATEX, etc.) is a plus.
- Good organizational and work prioritization skills.
- Desire for growth and advancement.
