We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic VP of Strategic Development to join our executive team and lead our efforts in forging strategic partnerships and securing strategic investment capital to fuel our growth.

Job Summary : The VP of Strategic Development will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships and securing strategic investment capital to support Richtech Robotics' growth objectives.

This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to cultivate and manage relationships with key industry players, investors, and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Strategic Leadership :
• Develop and implement long-term strategic development plans aligned with Richtech Robotics' goals.
• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the development team.
• Strategic Partnerships :
• Identify and establish relationships with key players in the robotics, hospitality, food and beverage, and healthcare industries.
• Develop and manage strategic partnerships that align with Richtech Robotics' objectives and enhance its market position.
• Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to maximize mutual benefits.
• Strategic Investment :
• Identify and evaluate various strategic investment opportunities.
• Lead efforts to secure strategic investment capital from venture capitalists, private equity firms, and other financial institutions.
• Prepare and present detailed investment proposals, financial models, and business plans to potential investors.
• Investor Relations :
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential strategic investors.
• Communicate regularly with investors, providing updates and addressing inquiries.
• Manage investor expectations and ensure alignment with company goals.
• Financial Analysis and Reporting :
• Oversee financial analysis and modeling to assess strategic investment opportunities.
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
• Compliance and Risk Management :
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the strategic investment process.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with strategic investments and partnerships.
• Market Research and Insights :
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics in the financial and strategic partnership markets.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market analysis.
• Collaboration :
• Collaborate with other departments, including finance, legal, and operations, to align strategic development plans with overall business objectives.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on partnership and investment matters.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in strategic development, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate finance at a senior level.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments, investment strategies, and market trends.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and MS Office Suite.
• Prior experience in investment banking and investment funds is highly preferred.
