We are looking for a hungry Door and Windows Inside Sales Super Star to join our sales team and thriving family-and employee-owned building materials and lumber company! $80K - $100K total comp.

About the Role
- Grow existing book of business and acquire new business by selling Door & Windows to general contractors and DIY enthusiasts who walk into the store, and also via cold calling and some face to face on the field sales
- Support Outside Sales Reps by providing quotes, scheduling tickets, etc. for their customers
- Act as a consultant to the customers and help sell them the products that best fit their needs and timeline
- Company sells doors & windows, hardware and lumber to contractors and DIY enthusiasts
Requirements
- 2 yr. minimum Door & Window Sales experience
- Construction industry experience
- Ideal candidates have sales experience selling Door and Windows to contractors for residential and commercial construction projects
- An entrepreneurial spirit
- Hungry and incentivized by high earning potential commission structure
