This is a foundational role where you'll develop a division focused on General Contracting Commercial work and take on challenging projects in floor coatings, carpentry, and industrial coatings.
Key Qualifications :
- 5 10+ years in Estimation / PM
- Experience with Commercial Paint / Industrial Coatings
- Driven, motivated, and positive attitude - hunger for setting goals
- Knowledge of the industry and working with General Contractors - Establishing relationships
- Bids yearly ideally 3.5M and up
Compensation : $80K $110K base + commission (total up to $150K)
