Jr. Program Manager

Join a leading industry expert in on-prem certifications, driving over $2 billion in US Federal Sales Revenue. As a part of our efficient team of Program Managers, you will contribute significantly to aligning certification project outcomes with business objectives, ensuring products meet necessary compliance standards for US Government, Federal agencies, and international standards bodies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple complex certification projects from initiation through completion, encompassing scope, schedule, budget, metrics, and risk management.
• Develop and execute detailed certification program plans that include critical paths, financials, resources, material requirements, impacts, and mitigation strategies.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to integrate security and trust features into new product releases.
• Maintain deep knowledge of certification processes such as FIPS 140-3 and Common Criteria.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance certification efficiency and operational excellence.
• Manage communications between business units, government entities, and third-party labs.
• Track project progress, promptly address issues, escalate as needed, and ensure timely certification completion.
• Support PMO activities including meeting facilitation, note-taking, and follow-up on action items.
• Collaborate with finance on project status and funding.
• Utilize quantitative analysis to guide decision-making and process refinement.

Work Environment

Hybrid work environment with two days in the office (Tuesday and Thursday) located in Morrisville. Expect a dynamic and fast-paced setting requiring adaptability and proactive engagement.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00 / hr.
