Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling.
- Conduct thorough insurance needs assessments to understand clients' coverage requirements and financial goals.
- Educate clients on available insurance products and recommend suitable policies based on their needs and budget.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to policy issuance and beyond.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policies, and transactions in our CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product updates to effectively advise clients and stay ahead of the competition.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Requirement
- Proven track record of success in insurance sales or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and client relationship management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Insurance license or willingness to obtain one (if not already licensed).
