Description
Western Technologies Inc. has an excellent opportunity in our Flagstaff, Arizona office for a full-time dispatch / administrative position.
WT is a well-established consulting firm offering professional services in the fields of geotechnical engineering, environmental engineering, construction materials testing, special inspection services and nondestructive testing.
The ideal candidate is extremely organized, has excellent communication / customer service skills and can understand the urgency of quick turnaround on work, while possessing an extraordinary attention to detail.
Duties include, but not limited to, the following :
- Dispatch field staff to projects
- Report processing and distribution
- General administrative support, including reception and telephone support
- Fleet maintenance support
Minimum qualifications for the position :
- Previous dispatch or administrative experience
- Proficient with Microsoft 365
