Job Summary :
Swadley's BBQ is on the lookout for a seasoned Restaurant Manager with a zest for leadership and a genuine love for the food service industry, especially barbecue.
In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the daily buzz of our restaurant operations, aiming for excellence in service, culinary quality, and atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities :
- Direct and manage daily restaurant operations including administrative tasks (opening / closing) and hands-on service management.
- Motivate and lead a diverse team to exceed customer service expectations and ensure guest delight.
- Uphold rigorous standards for food quality, hygiene, and safety.
- Strategize to refine the dining experience and boost restaurant performance.
- Oversee staff scheduling, conduct training sessions, and evaluate staff performance.
- Manage inventory and supplier relationships to optimize cost-efficiency.
- Address and resolve customer issues swiftly and with a professional demeanor.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to refresh menu options and maintain food quality consistency.
- Oversee financial metrics, manage budgets, and provide reports to senior management.
Qualifications :
- Demonstrated leadership in a Restaurant Manager or similar role within the hospitality field.
