A company is looking for a Lead Business Analyst to support a large project at the Department of Veterans Affairs.Key Responsibilities : Analyze client information and develop engagement strategies aligned with project objectivesLead the development and implementation of strategic communications to support project goalsOversee engagement activities to ensure the team performs work within the agreed schedule and budgetRequired Qualifications : Bachelor's Degree8+ years of relevant work experience as a business analyst or in a similar roleProven experience working within a Program Management Office (PMO)Strong leadership skills with experience in managing teamsExperience in federal contracting, particularly with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is preferred
