What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Oversee program and workstream governance, ensuring alignment with inter-dependent projects and stakeholders
- Manage scope, schedule, resources, financials, risks, and issues throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate effective communication and change management among stakeholders and team members
- Drive business adoption and acceptance, ensuring client satisfaction with project outcomes
- Collaborate with external consulting teams to achieve successful joint project outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications) :
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management
- Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex projects within a GxP environment
- Training and experience in Agile practices
- Experience in integrating manufacturing data sources including ERP, OPM, and GTM
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
- Experience with high-growth stage companies
- Agile CSM, PSM, or similar certification
- PMP or Prince2 certification
- Familiarity with process modeling, KPI development, and cloud computing
- Understanding of Industry 4.0 concepts and IoT
