We seek Licensed Mental Health Practitioners (LCSW, LIMHP, LMHP, or PLMHP) for full-time positions in Omaha, NE.

Compensation :

The salary range for this position is $52,400- $91,800 per year. The role also allows bonuses based on performance. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, work experience, licensure / certifications, scheduled clinical hours, etc.

Requirements :

Must hold LCSW, LIMHP, LMHP, or PLMHP in Nebraska.

FT clinicians maintain a caseload of a minimum of 26 clinical sessions per week

Excellent verbal and written communication, organization & time management skills

Offer therapy services to individuals, couples, and families

Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation, including session notes

Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and clinical supervision (for provisional providers)

Coordinate care with other care providers, including medical providers, case managers, and DHHS
