Due to growth, they are seeking an efficient Finance Assistant to join their team. You will be providing financial support to 7-8 faculty staff within the Chemistry department.

Finance Assistant Responsibilities :
- Help with projections and reconciliation
- Review and approval of accounts
- Attend weekly team meetings as scheduled
- Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets
- Review and audit financial statements and reports, ensure all calculations and data entries are correct
- Answers question and provide assistance to stakeholders, customers, and clients as needed
Finance Assistant Qualifications :
- 1+ years of experience with billing, invoicing, forecasting, or finance review
- Proven administrative assistant experience; preferably in a higher education setting
- Proficiency in MS Office; strong excel formula skills required
- Excellent and efficient work ethic and strong communication skills
