H2H Blinds is looking to hire a full-time Field Operations Support Coordinator to join our team in our Lawrenceville, GA location.

In this role you will provide essential administrative support to the Field

Operations team, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication. This role involves managing documentation, coordinating schedules, overseeing inventory and supplies, and assisting with fleet management.

The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, contributing to the overall success and efficiency of field operations.

What You Will Be Doing

Administrative Support : Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Regional Field Operations Manager and Field Support Specialist(s).

This includes scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, preparing reports, and maintaining records.

Documentation and Record Keeping : Maintain and organize all field operation documents, ensuring they are up-to date and readily accessible.

This includes installation logs, fleet maintenance records, and quality control reports.

Communication : Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications related to field operations support.

Facilitate communication between the field operations team (Installers) and other departments.

• Fleet Management Support : Assist in tracking and managing fleet vehicles, scheduling maintenance and inspections, and ensuring compliance with vehicle regulations.
• Inventory and Supplies Management : Oversee the inventory of tools, materials, installer apparel, and supplies needed for installations.

Ensure timely ordering and restocking to prevent shortages.

Recruitment and Training Coordination : Assist in the recruitment, organizing and scheduling training sessions for new installers and ongoing training for current staff.

Maintain certification records of each Installer and monitor expiration dates to mitigate any interruption in certification / compliance.

Jobsite Coordination : Support the coordination of job readiness / appointment confirmations with Superintendents 24-48 hours before scheduled install.

Support Scheduling Team in adjustments to measurement and installation dates as needed.

• Safety and Compliance : Assist in ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety policies. Coordinate safety training, meetings, and track compliance.
• Special Projects : Undertake special projects as assigned by the Regional Field Operations Manager to support the overall efficiency and effectiveness of field operations.

What Makes You Great

• You have a high school diploma or a G.E.D Certificate
• Familiarity with the construction or installation industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with database management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High level of initiative and problem-solving skills.
