What you'll do In the position of Senior Technical Program Manager of Business Applications, you will be responsible for leading delivery of solutions that are focused on the scalability and continuous improvement of Docusign’s GTM processes and applications.

As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will closely collaborate with Docusign’s GTM teams and your scrum team to deliver projects that will scale our business.

The successful candidate will understand the Docusign delivery process and business needs and will think one step ahead of their peers to advance the program week over week.

This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager of Partner CRM Applications. Responsibility Collaborate with GTM Operations and Applications teams for planning quarterly initiatives and enhancements Create project plans and lead the Product and Engineering teams to adhere to milestones and goals Facilitate cross-functional team syncs using agile ceremonies to deliver effective solutions without compromising quality and timeliness Collaborate with Quality and DevOps teams to ensure test plans and launch plans exist with back-up and restore procedures Participate in change management and launch support Author program manifestos, stakeholder maps, and project confluence, and maintain central repository of project documentation Maintain project budgets and SOWs Collect, organize and analyze data in order to track and share metrics with leadership and project stakeholders Develop executive level briefing and use appropriate technologies to enable integration and teamwork Manage project risks by reporting, communicating and implementing mitigation strategies Job Designation Hybrid : Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work.

Access to an office location is required. (Frequency : Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation) Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role / job.

What you bring Basic Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Systems 8+ years project management experience implementing applications in high technology or subscription software organizations Ability to work flexible hours to facilitate coordination between the U.

S. and India teams Experience working on an agile scrum team and use of Jira Preferred Salesforce experience Ability to understand technical requirements Independence in operating daily tasks and being a leader with vision Excellent written and verbal communication skills Wage Transparency Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations : California : $134,900 - $216,975 base salary This role is also eligible for bonus, equity and benefits.
