Responsibilities
- Develop and manage all relationships with prospects and customers in the Battery Cell Manufacturing industry.
- Work with executive leadership to build a dynamic and future flexible business strategy for rapid growth in this market space.
- Create business development strategies to increase company revenue and brand value.
- Advise on Battery Cell Manufacturing industry trends and support the development of growth strategies. Analyze existing business strategies and provide recommendations for future growth.
- Drive sales and operations in meeting pole sales targets.
- Drive sales teams for strong growth in pipeline and project wins.
- Help executive leadership in setting investment direction to support profitable growth in this market space.
- Work with strategic marketing and LOB to develop strategic plans that outline positioning, customer segment opportunity, products, pricing, campaigns, and detailed competitive analysis.
- Participate in seminars and industry events to represent Honeywell in the Battery and Cell Manufacturing market.
- Up to 70% travel
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years-experience in the Battery Cell Manufacturing and / or Pulp and Paper Industry.
- Demonstrated strong business sense with the leadership and functional ability to define and implement growth strategies and translate into practical actions and metric driven operating systems.
- Success leading marketing, business development, sales, and new offering development teams.
- Demonstrated skills to team building and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to forge solid relationships (externally & internally) and lead across a broad and geographically dispersed business.
- Effectively demonstrates ability to deliver on complex situations or problems without guidance or supervision.
- Consistently makes timely decisions even in the face of complexity, balancing systematic analysis with decisiveness.
- Demonstrated to behave and communicate to team sense of urgency.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
