Director of Digital Workplace Services

A company is looking for a Principal / Director - Digital Workplace Services (Remote).

Key Responsibilities :

Define and execute a 3-year Digital Workplace strategy with measurable OKRs

Shift from reactive support to proactive experience management using telemetry and analytics

Lead end-to-end device lifecycle management and establish a partner ecosystem for sourcing

Required Qualifications :

12+ years of experience in Digital Workplace, End-User Computing, or IT Operations

8+ years of experience leading global teams or programs

Proven track record in automation and self-healing at scale

Experience with DEX / DEM and XLA programs

Strong background in budget ownership and vendor management
