ROLE DESCRIPTION :
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Michell Navarro - State Farm Agent, you will help our policyholders with their questions, provide information about their insurance coverage and assist customers with the claims process.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to questions regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Demonstrate clear communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while driving business growth.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Dedicated to customer service
- Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to assist customers and work with other agency team members
- Proactive in problem-solving and strong ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively
- Detail-oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Bilingual (English and Spanish)
