Our Client is looking for a General Manager in Santa Clara. The General Manager is a key stakeholder within our team ensuring customer satisfaction leading company guidelines and processes and ultimately company profitability.
We are looking for candidates who has :
- 5 years bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5 years of Management experience.
- 5 years of Functional experience.
- 5 years of combined management experience required with a preference within the distribution industry.
- Has as valid drivers license and acceptable driving record.
- Possess the ability to obtain security clearance for customer locations.
- Is an effective communicator and collaborator with a passion for developing talent through coaching and accountability.
- Can demonstrate urgency and problemsolving skills with a dedication to customer service and associate accountability.
- Can learn and work within database inventory management software route scheduling software and Microsoft Outlook Excel and Word.
- Can lift push and pull 50 lbs and able to perform work in outside weather conditions
