We have an exciting opportunity for a Lead FP&A Analyst supporting the Electric Power Division (EPD). In this role, you will lead the monthly financial planning and analysis for EPD and quarterly / annual forecast process, as well as support the implementation of OneStream.

EPD supports a wide range of customer applications across the globe, including providing back-up power to hospitals, providing emergency power when natural disasters strike, and supporting critical infrastructure for data centers, municipalities, and more.

What You Will Do :

• Serve as Team Lead for EPD monthly financial planning and analysis
• Coordinate quarterly / annual forecasts by maintaining forecasting tools and templates
• Support the implementation of OneStream within the EPD business resources team
• Influence our finance culture by demonstrating desired behaviors, including but not limited to continuous improvement

• Financial Planning & Analysis : Knowledge of processes, methods, and tools for financial reporting; ability to apply finance knowledge appropriately to diverse situations as well as read, interpret, and draw accurate conclusions from financial and numerical material.
• Vision for Change : See opportunities for change and establish the big picture vision as well as drive thinking and planning towards a long-term strategic goal.

Top Candidates Will Have :

• Bachelor's degree within Accounting, Finance, or related area
• Financial Reporting & Analysis experience at a large public accounting firm or a Fortune 500 company
• Power BI, OneStream, and Axiom experience or willingness to learn as we work to improve our reporting and data analyses

Additional Info :

• This position will be located in our office in Irving, TX
• This role is a full time, Hybrid position and currently requires 3 days a week in office
