This position reports to

Global Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through various projects. Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed.

You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education / employment opportunities.

The work model for the role is : onsite This role is contributing to the Electrification Business. You will be mainly accountable for :

• Inside Sales : internal workings of order / PO processing, provide market data feedback, work with customers, follow up on blanket opportunities and key pursuits
• Marketing : work with marketing team to understand skills in digital marketing, customer experience, and comms
• Commercial Operations : understanding of customer proposals, understand compliance and legal standards
• Mentoring and networking opportunities
• Personal and professional development programing will be offered to all interns. This programing will include global and local sessions.

Qualifications for the role

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in electrical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, or Marketing, or equivalent, in the United States.
• Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
• Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions
• Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising quality
• Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress
