Analyst

I am seeking an Analyst for leading Asset Manager / CRE Loan Services Advisor (Atlanta, GA)

This is a growth position with a fast-growing global leader in CRE advisory services.

The office in the Vinings area. This is a Hybrid role, and they are typically in the office T, W, Th and work from home M and F.

The primary function is Asset Management. You will be supporting a large portfolio of CRE loans with above average complexity which could include capital expenditures, renovation, or ground up construction.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role and developed commercial real estate asset management fundamentals such as underwriting, excel modeling, financial analysis, financial statements, market research, data analysis, etc. You will gain exposure to various property and deal types, macro and micro market events and trends, complex capital structures from debt and equity perspectives, securitizations (CLO’s, CDO’s, and CMBS loans), warehouse line & financing structures, etc.

• 1-2 yrs of experience / training in the commercial real estate or CRE banking industry
• Exposure to complex loan documents and construction draws a plus!
• Excel modeling expertise required including forecasting, DSC ratios, DCF, investment reporting, etc.
• Knowledge of financial statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and CRE debt concepts preferred
• Knowledge or experience with CMBS or syndicated transactions also a plus.
