My name is Andrej, and Im the founder of HoloGrowth, an eCommerce Growth Agency that scales brands to 7 & 8 figures in revenue.

Because of recent growth in the agency, we are now looking for another world-class media buyer to join our lean and young team.

This is a rare opportunity to join an elite agency that is responsible for over $30M in yearly portfolio revenue for clients.

Tasks

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Creating, implementing and optimizing advertising strategies on Meta
  • Analyzing and reporting, directly communicating with clients
  • Writing high-converting, persuasive ad copy
  • Coming up with new and innovative campaign plans and strategies
  • Working on Creative Strategies together with our designers & clients

Requirements

  • Fluent in English.
  • 2y+ Experience with Meta Ads for Ecommerce.
  • Understanding of marketing strategies, analytics and business principles.
  • Passion for online marketing and digital growth strategies.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication.
  • Be efficient, organized and data driven.
  • A positive, problem solving attitude.

    • BONUS POINTS IF YOU :

  • Have experience with Shopify.
  • Have experience with TikTok Ads.
  • Have worked as a Designer before.
  • Speak German.
  • Never want to stand still and are always looking for ways to optimize
