The Opportunity :
We are seeking an innovative and dynamic Director of Performance Marketing to lead our customer acquisition efforts and drive revenue growth in the D2C space.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing a range of pay-per-performance marketing strategies / tactics, including affiliate marketing, search marketing, shopping ads / PLAs, and applicable new opportunities.
Key Attributes :
- Strategic Thought Leadership : The ideal candidate is a strategic thought leader, an exceptional communicator and presenter, a self-starter, and a creative and analytical thinker with a proven-record / experience with Performance Marketing.
- Team Leadership : This position plays a key role in expanding our LG Direct-to-Consumer businesses, overseeing a team of 5 professionals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate with D2C counterparts such as Sales, Go-To-Market, Product Management, and dXp DTC teams, interacting with senior management and key stakeholders at all levels.
Key Focus Areas :
- Establishing an effective performance marketing practice for LG
- Rapidly scaling and expanding Affiliate Marketing partnerships, Shopping Ads, Organic Marketing, and other acquisition-driven strategies, tactics and activation
- Own the KPI goal setting for Performance Marketing, plan development, gaining consensus, proper activation, and providing an on-going visibility on performance and KPI tracking
- Managing a team of 5 professionals.
- Overseeing Marketing Automation technologies and processes
- Continuously improving Analytics, Attribution, and Reporting across the portfolio.
- Collaborating with D2C counterparts such as Sales, Go-To-Market, Product Management, dXp DTC, Growth Marketing, Email Marketing, Data Ops, Tech Dev, and Creative teams
Responsibilities :
- Championing effective performance marketing best practices to enhance acquisition and conversion for D2C sales.
- Advocating for passionate, data / performance / CX-driven marketing at the management level.
- Managing the annual budget and planning process, setting KPI goals, and optimizing a portfolio of campaigns.
- Creating and presenting plans and updates to the executive leadership team for consensus and ongoing visibility on performance / KPI tracking.
- Owning Performance Marketing analytics, measurement plans, and performance reviews / reports.
- Inspiring and managing a team of digital marketers, fostering their development through communication and collaborative skills, and advanced analytic and technical expertise.
