job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and support a secure environment. Observe and report any unusual activity, security-related concerns, or incidents encountered during patrols. Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal management to address security-related needs and concerns as they arise. Availability across various days and shifts Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a Security Professional - Unarmed Post - Weekdays in Toledo, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries.
As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within the location, remaining highly visible to help deter security-related incidents. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, providing outstanding customer service, and being a reassuring presence for employees and visitors. By embodying our values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation, you will play a key part in creating a secure and welcoming environment while putting people first every day.

Fri 08 : 00 AM - 04 : 00 PM
What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
