As a Lead Engineer on the Agent Business Management team within Enterprise Technology you will leverage your deep technical expertise migrating legacy applications from TP2 to AWS, setting the vision, evaluating tradeoffs and effectively advocating for the overall strategy of our cloud migration.

Your experience working within agile teams will empower you to consistently deliver high quality results across a cross functional geographically dispersed team.

Lead Engineers serve as technical experts for their team, spending some time coaching and mentoring junior engineers to elevate the overall team.

• 5+ years of hands-on professional work experience coding in Java, Node.js, & Javascript, CSS.
• 3+ years migrating legacy applications from to AWS and deploying applications through Terraform, and maintaining backend services and databases like S3, Lambda and RDS.
• 3+ years’ experience implementing Test Automation Frameworks like Jbehave & Selenium
• Proficiency in UI Design and Digital Accessibility principles, including JavaScript, CSS, and related technologies.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Competency leading, supporting, and mentoring junior engineers to drive team growth.
• Excellent communicator with a customer-focused mindset.
