Our family owned and operated Allstate office in San Carlos has been here for 40 years. We have deep relationships with our clients and work every day to help them do the best job they can do to protect themselves from everyday risk.

An active California Property and Casualty Insurance License is required for this position.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include :
Insurance sales Your primary role will be issuing insurance policies (primarily auto and home insurance) for new and current customers.
Outbound prospecting Reaching out to incoming leads, current clients and other prosects to generate sales will be the primary focus of your day.
Maintain client relationships Interacting with clients and prospective clients over phone and email to ensure that we are meeting customer needs.
Identify insurance gaps and offering solutions As an account representative, a large role will be educating clients on the coverage that they have, as well as what coverage they don't have.
Follow Up Whether it is reviewing renewals, following up with a new client during on-boarding, or reaching out to prospect new clients, follow up is an important part of the job.
Requirements
An active California Property and Casualty Insurance License is required for this position.
