Position : Procurement & Forecasting Specialist

What you’ll do :

  • Provide direct backup support for the DP role for standard forecasting and purchasing decisions
  • Process acknowledgments and manage receiving inbox
  • Provide backup support for purchasing team.
  • Prepare vendor reports to include assessments on vendor KPI’s.
  • Submit invoices to Accounting and assist with PO creation.
  • Support new item management, out-of-stock issues, and vendor communication as part of the procurement team.
  • Assist warehouse team with product issues, damages, and container spacing.
  • Maintain vendor list and support contract labor reporting.
  • Coordinate logistics and container shipments with suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders.
  • Track shipments and prepare shipping documents (BOL, packing lists, invoices, customs forms).
  • What you need :

  • High school diploma required : Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
  • 4 –7 years of experience in procurement, logistics, and purchasing. Customer Service experience is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of purchasing processes, logistics, and warehouse coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications; ERP experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities and flexibility to support multiple teams.
  • Based out of our San Antonio Office

    Status : Full Time

    Schedule : Monday - Friday / 7 : 30am - 4 : 30pm
