Junior Accounting Assistant Hialeah Gardens, FL
Responsibilities :
Perform daily accounting tasks, including but not limited to :
o Processing and recording journal entries.
o Generate refunds
o Charge Vendors generate invoices
o Registration and reconciliation of credit cards
o Reconciling accounts and preparing financial statements
o Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
o Assisting with month-end close
- Create customer accounts in SAP
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Maintain compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve financial issues and improve financial processes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Requirements :
- Bilingual
- Bilingual
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Entry-level SAP Business ONE experience (Module Purchasing -A / P)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel advanced , Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications :
- 4 years of entry-level accounting experience
- Experience with SAP Business ONE module Purchasing -A / P
- Familiarity with financial reporting software sap
