Heritage Toyota is hiring a Service Advisor! The goal of the Customer Service Advisor / Writer is to assist our customers by building loyalty and trust while creating an overall positive experience when they bring their vehicles to our shop. Our Toyota Service team needs someone who possesses great communication skills, enjoys interacting with people, and strives for customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers coming into the service department and determine the nature of customers request.
• Explain company policies, procedures, products, services, etc.
• Answer a variety of questions related to car repairs and servicing.
• Explain labor and parts estimates; investigate customer concerns.
• Track progress on customers vehicles, and keep customers apprised.
• Direct customers to cashier, and assist with cashier duties as needed.
• Follow up with customers after work is done to ensure satisfaction.
• Use of ADP / CDK software, Tis, Service Edge, Dealer Daily and iPad to complete tasks.
• Prepare repair orders and customer bill, ensuring that final charges correlate to quotes.
• Perform a variety of tasks associated with processing warranty claims.
• Maintain all required logs and records of service department activities.
