A company is looking for an Analyst - Process Specialist for the Broadband Devices Team.
Key Responsibilities
Map, document, and standardize end-to-end broadband service processes while identifying bottlenecks and proposing improvements
Collect and analyze operational data to track performance trends and prepare dashboards and reports for leadership visibility
Apply Lean / Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and ensure alignment with ITIL / eTOM best practices
Required Qualifications
Experience with Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies and process mapping / documentation
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement frameworks
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Understanding of broadband technologies and familiarity with OSS / BSS systems
Basic understanding of network infrastructure and regulatory / compliance requirements in telecom
