Position Summary

The role of the Room Attendant is to ensure 100% guest satisfaction by providing guests with a clean, a comfortable and safe room.

Creates guest satisfaction and exceeds expectations by providing the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality. Per brand standards, cleans assigned guest rooms or suites which includes making beds, vacuuming, dusting, arranging room furniture if required, and cleaning bathroomMaintains cleaning protocols Empty all trash containers and replace with fresh linersRestock useable items in guest rooms or suites, i.

All associates must realize this fact and be aware that at all times it may be necessary to move associates from their accustomed shift and alter assigned duties as business dictates.
