Job Summary :
The Sales and Project Coordinator will assist in creating, communicating and delivering projects and sales information across a variety of platforms.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Using CRM software, input required documentation and information for customer / vendor lookup
- Using CRM software, input all job details prior to job start date and update as needed.
- Update required programs daily to ensure billing team is informed of jobs that occurred and in order to facilitate timely billing.
- Communicate with billing manager as needed.
- Promptly respond to customers, vendors, and / or colleagues in a professional manner.
- Coordinates periodic sales programs and promotions based on merchandising trends.
- Develops and maintains files related to sales programs, weekly metrics, and billing.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills / Abilities :
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Extremely creative and inventive.
- Ability to compile, analyze, and communicate data.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
Education and Experience :
- High school diploma required.
- 2-3 years’ experience in logistics (environmental waste preferred, but not required)
Physical Requirements :
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
