Registered nurse; 1 year Home Health experience REQUIRED; >

3 mo OASIS documentation experience REQUIRED. Floating to cover Oahu, Maui, and / or Big Island may be occasionally required (all expenses paid).

Days 5x8s; 25 units productivity per week; no weekends; no on call; scrubs (any color) and closed-toed shoes required.

Certifications REQUIRED : BLS (AHA), HI License

• Recertification; Resumption of care; Routine visit; Significant change in condition; Start of Care; Transfer; Blood Glucose / glucometer management;
• Colostomy / ileostomy management / care; G-tube site care; Management of feeding tubes; NG tube management / care; Nutritional Assessment;
• Post AV Fistula / Shunt; Suprapubic Catheter insertion / management; Urinary Catheter insertion / management; Drain Management;
• Pressure ulcer prevention / management; Pressure ulcer staging; Wound care; Wound V.A.C management; Medication Assessment / Management;
• Pain Management / Assessment; Utilization of pain scales (verbal, nonverbal); Monitoring Chemotherapy side effects; Pain management / hospice;
• Port insertion / care; Cast / brace / immobilizer device carePost amputation; Post Total Joint Replacement; Administration of blood / blood products;
• Care and management of peripheral IVs / central lines / ports; IV start skills; Phlebotomy skills; Clinical assessment documentation;
