Job Summary
The Regional Sales Manager will oversee commercial activities in the Greater Boston area, including Connecticut, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Vermont.
In this role, you will contribute to our company goals and address customer needs by developing key accounts and expanding the customer base within the assigned territory.
You will also build and maintain strong customer relationships and provide comprehensive support to our clients.
Essential Functions

- Manage commercial activities through customer visits, presentations, phone calls, and emails.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director to develop and implement territory sales plans.
- Foster and expand relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Communicate technical information effectively to customers.
- Work closely with Marketing, Product Development, Technical Support, and other internal teams.
- Attend tradeshows, association meetings, and networking events as needed.
- Travel within the territory 40-50% of the time.
- Undertake other projects or responsibilities as required.
Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in biology, biochemistry, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in the bioindustry, specifically in developing, manufacturing, or using recombinant proteins.
- Previous experience in sales or other customer-facing roles.
Preferred Qualifications Education and Experience
Master’s degree or higher in a related field.

Salary Range : $90,000 - $120,000 DOE + commission
