- Facility will not accept photo if traveler is wearing a nose ring
- Travelers required to complete modules AND are not reimbursed for time spent on modules
- Qualivis does not have to collect transcripts, but we need to confirm P / F Testing & NL Modules are complete
- Requires facility review and approval prior accepting into Lotus Connect / Nova
- If exempting flu, Influenza Declination is required as well
