00 per week Experience : Two years of experience required License : New York State RN License Certifications : AHA Basic Life Support (BLS), AHA Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Must-Have : - IV insertion and phlebotomy skills- Conscious sedation experience Job Description : Provide quality patient care in a medical / surgical setting- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans- Perform IV insertions and phlebotomy- Administer conscious sedation safely- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment- Ensure compliance with nursing standards and practices- Demonstrate strong organizational and multitasking skills- Adapt to dynamic and fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
