NATIONAL WOMEN'S LAW CENTER
Washington, DC, US
Full-time

The diverse, mission driven and hardworking staff at the National Women’s Law Center has led the way for almost every major legal and policy victory for women in the last 50 years.

We use the law in all its forms to change culture and drive solutions for gender inequity. Every day we work to break down the barriers that harm all of us especially women of color, LGBTQ people, people with disabilities, and low-income women and families and we need you with us to continue this fight, especially at this critical moment when the Law Center is expanding its reach, its programs, and its staff!

This critical work wouldn’t be possible without our staff. We offer a comprehensive benefits package with generous vacation and sick leave and fully paid family and medical leave, teleworking options, an employee assistance program, 403(b) employer contributions, professional development opportunities, flexible hours and more.

Additionally, our compensation framework is specifically designed to ensure transparency and standardization, with clear opportunities for career growth.

In the spring of 2020, NWLC proudly and voluntarily recognized a staff bargaining unit, NWLC United, affiliated with the Nonprofit Professional Employees Union / IFPTE Local 70, a union for non-profit workers.

Management and union representatives reached agreement and joyfully signed the organization’s first collective bargaining agreement in October of 2022.

If you require reasonable accommodations during any part of the hiring process, please [email protected] .
