Precision Health Family Functional Medicine, PA, LLC is Maine's premiere center for functional medicine. This practice is experiencing rapid growth and searching for a highly qualified and experienced nurse practitioner or medical physician (FNP, MD, DO) to join our team.

Precision Health is a specialty functional medicine practice caring for patients of all ages. The ideal candidate has completed advanced functional medicine training through the Institute for Functional Medicine or the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. The practice specializes in addressing the root cause of autoimmune conditions, hormonal imbalance, neurological conditions, digestive disorders, diabetes, and cardio-metabolic conditions. Many of our patients also have lyme disease or other chronic infections and toxicities, so knowledge of this is helpful. Advanced training in longevity medicine is preferred and training can be provided. Due to the complex integrative care the practice delivers, practitioners see 3-6 patients per day, allowing 2 hours for new consults and 1-2 hours for follow up visits.

Practice in a collaborative and supportive environment that emphasizes staff health and well being to deliver optimal care to our patients. Take over an existing integrative primary care panel of pediatric to geriatric clients and / or focus solely on functional medicine specialty consultations. Our beautiful new office is a tranquil center designed for healing and offers additional modalities including intravenous nutrient therapy and HOCATT Ozone sauna. Work-life-family balance is incredibly important to the practice and the ideal practitioners will have the opportunity to create their own schedule and design the practice of their dreams. We rely on telemedicine but also require someone to be present in the Scarborough office for 1-2 days per week as needed for in-person consultations.
