Responsibilities :

• Project Planning : Develops comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
• Team Management : Leads and manages project teams, assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring team members have the necessary resources and support.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Engages with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring they are informed and involved throughout the project lifecycle.
• Risk Management : Identifies potential project risks and develops mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
• Quality Assurance : Ensures that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
• Budget Management : Manages project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Progress Monitoring : Tracks project progress, preparing status reports and communicating updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Performance Evaluation : Conducts post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

What does a typical day look like? (daily tasks) : Working with a team, going over a project plan and maintenance of it.

Project planning, engaging with stakeholders, status reporting and writing, dealing with deadline

Preferred background / prior work experience? Sr Project Manager with at least years exp. preferred IT background

Priority soft skills : Assertive, well spoken, able to write good reports , will be dealing with VP’s, directors and managers
