Shift : 3 x 12s (every other weekend)

Ratios : 1 : 1 - 1 : 2 (occasionally 1 : 3 with patients ready to leave ICU)
Advanced skills needed : Vent management, ABG interpretation, vasoactive drip titration, hemodynamic monitoring
